Rubina Massey is working at Integrated Community Development Initiative (ICDI) as Executive Director, with a vision to Empower vulnerable communities, especially women without any discrimination to caste and creed; to promote women rights and to improve their lives on sustainable grounds.
She has been working in the Development Sector for the last 24 years in different capacities, i.e. trainer, researcher, an artist, advisor and founder of several bodies working on women’s rights, improved governance, gender equality and peace.
As an well experienced member of the civil society, she is an expert in the field(s) of Primary & Reproductive Health , Gender , Women Rights & violence against women , Adolescent Health Life Skills Based Education, Community mobilization /Organization, Formal & Non-Formal education, Micro-Finance, Human Resource Development with focused approach to need based behavior change and Advocacy & networking.
As an active member of the civil society, Rubina is member of different networks and humanitarian groups as well, e.g. PCSW (Provincial Commission on the Status of Women), CEDAW (Convention to Eliminate All Forms of Discrimination against Women), EVAW/G Alliance (The End Violence against Women & Girls Alliance).
Cornelius Asghar is working with the organization since October 2010; he has done his major in Business Administration.
Cornelius is an experienced manager, having expertise in human resource, program and project management; has a Good written, oral communication and presentation and with a proven proposal writing skill.
He has been looking after monitoring & evaluation of several assigned programs/ projects. His other responsibilities involve him in Staff trainings, organizational development and Strategic Planning.
