Role of the Board

BOD is the volunteer legislative body of the organization, which develops and approves the organizational policy. Monitors and supervise the policy to be implemented accordingly. However, there are certain responsibilities assigned to the BOD by the policy and constitution of the organization for the smooth operation and accountability within the organization. The following are the main responsibilities of the Board of Directors;
The organization believes in participatory decision-making and operation of the organization. Therefore Board of Directors has empowered the professional staff to execute most of the major organizational decisions at the operational level themselves.

Board of Directors

The total numbers of the Board of Directors (BOD) are seven. The Executive Director of the organization is also the member of the Board Directors, Executive Director (ED) Non-Voting Member. The BOD elects his members after two years. The structure of the Board of Director is as under.

The level of management comprise Executive Director, Project Managers and Team Leaders who provide overall technical assistance and guidance to the field team to facilitate them in the quantitative and qualitative achievements of program objectives at the field level.

24 years’ experience with National & international agencies in Reproductive health care, community development, HRD, Institutional development & Management.

Program Manager

9 years working experience with National & international organization in Education, social sector & Human Resource Management

Admin / Finance Officer

3 years working experience in finance and administration

HRD Coordinator

Master in Gender one year working experience in community development & women empowerment

Consultant, Gender Specialist

More than 12 years working experience in National & International NGOs

PMER Coordinator

Masters in Gender studies two years working experience in the social sector as social mobilizer

Social Mobilizer

BS in Bio Chemistery and having two years experience in social sector

Logistics and Procurement officer

MBA Finance and Having 6 years of experience.
